Everything else sends a number. This sends the work behind it.

You are almost certainly paying for one of the products below already. Here is the honest difference between each of them and Truppraisal — in one place, so you are not hunting through the site for the one you care about.

The whole argument in one line. Every product here can tell a homeowner what their house is worth. Only one of them can answer the next question — “where did that number come from?” — with the actual comparable sales, each scored for similarity and adjusted line by line in dollars.

Each of these is a full side-by-side, not a summary.

All of it, on one table

Six rows, because six is all it takes. These are the ones that decide whether a homeowner believes the number.

Reflects each category's standard homeowner-facing output as advertised in September 2026. Products change — check the current feature list before relying on any row.

The middle three rows are the product. Anyone can automate sending an estimate. Nobody else automated the part an appraiser actually does — choosing the sales that genuinely compare, adjusting each one in dollars for what differs, and weighing them by how well they match. That is why this is the only column that can show its work.

What it costs is its own comparison

Price belongs next to the plans, not buried in a feature table.

Truppraisal is cheaper than every product on this page at every database size, and the gap widens as you grow — because we price on reports produced and they price on contacts stored, or on seats. The full comparison, a per-report figure against the per-report AVMs, and a dial you can drag to your own numbers all sit on the pricing page.

What Truppraisal does not do

Worth knowing before you spend any time on this, because these are not on our roadmap:

  • National coverage. We open markets one MLS at a time and may not be in yours yet — tell us your MLS and we will open it.
  • Portfolio and institutional work. Acquisition screening, bulk analysis, lender workflows. Truppraisal is built for one agent talking to one homeowner, and nothing else.
  • An API or a bulk data feed. We are not a data vendor.
  • Anything without an MLS membership. Truppraisal runs on your own brokerage's MLS data under your broker's licence, so if your broker will not authorise a feed we cannot help you.

Want this going out under your name? Tell us your MLS and your broker of record and we’ll come back with exactly what your broker needs to sign — already filled in.
